Let's close 2012 in a bang! A full event dedicated to Microsoft SQL Server Parallel Data Warehouse (PDW). A true immersive experience with a general presentation and real time demos of its functions and capabilities.
Artur Vieira, has a degree in Computer Engineering awarded by the Instituto Superior de Informática e Gestão and is finishing is Masters Degree in Business Intelligence at Instituto de Ciências do Trabalho e da Empresa. With several years of experience in Development and Support to BI platforms, in 2011 joined the PFE SQL/BI Team at Microsoft Portugal where we provides strategic and operational support on the Microsoft Business Intelligence Stack, with enfasis on Analysis Services, Integration Services, SQL Parallel Data Warehousing, Development and Delivery of Workshops about Microsoft BI Stack.
Manuel Dias has over 15 years experience in IT, in diverse roles from Software Development, Real Time Systems, Business Intelligence, Data Warehousing, BPM, Product Management, Agile Methodologies, and Business Solutions. In 2010 he joined Microsoft as a Solution Specialist in the Application Platform area covering Business Intelligence, Data Warehousing and Information Management initiatives. Manuel has a degree in Electronics and Computer Science from Instituto Superior Técnico and a Master Degree in Information Systems from ISEG.
